Please feel free to call our office if you have any questions regarding your condition, medication or treatment. The nursing staff is trained to answer most of your questions, arrange prescription refills, etc. If it is necessary for you to speak to your doctor personally, he will return your call as soon as possible. There is no charge for telephone consultation.

To save you the time and expense of some follow-up visits, once treatment has begun, we may ask you to call our office with a report of your condition. A nurse will take this information.

Making Appointments
Patients are seen by appointment Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The receptionist is available daily until 5 p.m. to assist you.

We try our very best to stay on schedule, although emergencies sometimes arise. If we are seriously delayed, we will try notifying you beforehand. Please assist us by being on time for your appointments. Occasionally, patients in the waiting room may be seen out of turn, if they are urgent or post-operative exams. We ask your patience if you have to wait.

Canceling an Appointment
If you are unable to keep your appointment or if you will be delayed, please notify the office. This courtesy allows us to be of service to other patients. If you are scheduled for surgery, a charge will be made if the appointment is broken.

Your Appointment
On your first visit, a permanent record will be started. Your evaluation and treatment will be facilitated by completing the patient information forms. Please let the doctor know of any medications being taken, any allergies or other medical problems. Please bring your insurance information to assist in completing your insurance forms.
